Time's Echo (Macmillan, 2012) tells the story of Grace, who is trying to put her life back on track after nearly dying in the Boxing Day Tsunami. But when she moves into her godmother's house in York, she has nightmares that take her back to Tudor York and into the life of a serving girl called Hawise. Grace finds herself slipping back into the 16th Century and she begins to realise she is reliving Hawise's tragic life and its desperate end. Time's Echo is a novel of superb power that will appeal to all those who love the works of Barbara Erskine. Macmillan will publish Pamela's new novel The Memory of Midnight in 2013.
Pamela lives in York and has a PhD in Medieval Studies. As Jessica Hart, she has written many books for Mills & Boon and won many awards, including a coveted RITA from the Romance Writers of America. She is currently at work on her third novel.
